BluSalzz Residence Amritsar

Everything about this hotel and our stay with Blusalzz was amazing. We had booked 16-17 rooms for the wedding and I can confirm the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure all the guests were happy and our stay was comfortable as possible. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, I required more rooms and extra beds and they were very efficient and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was also amazing and breakfast staff always had a smile on their face. On checkout some of our guests were leaving early morning - the hotel staff had packed amazing breakfast for multiple people before 7 in the morning so they could catch their train on time and have good healthy breakfast with them to go, they did not charge extra for this and this is just one of many situations where the hotel staff went above and beyond for us.

It was very clean & possibly the most comfy bed we have ever slept in! The food in the restaurant was absolutely lovely, as were the staff. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after several days travelling. Reception organised a taxi to the airport for us which was on time. Strange location on a busy road but there were plenty of restaurants & shops a 5 minute walk away.

It was nice surprise as we booked it based on reviews at the last minute for a family of 4, we took 2 adjacent rooms.. were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and courteous staff.. excellent service in breakfast and was a good value for money for us as most other hotels were costing at least twice if not more.. washrooms were especially good, clean and tidy with good quality supplies.. looked like it was managed by professionals who knew how to bring back guests.. The room, bathroom was clean and breakfast was good. The front desk was helpful. I had a good rest since the bed and pillows was comfortable.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
